| As a cooperative, the FLBA of North Alabama is governed by a board of directors that represents the interests of our customer-stockholders. Six directors are Farm Credit stockholders themselves, elected by their fellow Farm Credit borrowers. They elect the other two directors, who are not Farm Credit customers. The association's day-to-day operations are managed by a highly experienced leadership team. |
